How It Works

Four Steps to a Level Slab

No demolition, no waiting weeks for new concrete to cure — just a quick, clean process.

Step 1

Drill Small Holes

We drill dime-sized holes into the sunken concrete — no jackhammers, no demolition.

Step 2

Inject the Foam

Medical-grade polyurethane foam is injected beneath the slab through the entry holes.

Step 3

Foam Lifts the Slab

The foam expands in minutes, gently raising your concrete back to its original grade.

Step 4

Patch & Walk Away

Holes are patched flush, and you can walk — or park — on the surface the same day.

Our front walk had a lip that caught my mother-in-law's cane every visit. Fixed for good, and it looked patched but tidy the next day.

Way cheaper than replacing the patio, and we were able to use it again that same afternoon.

FAQ

Common Questions

The polyurethane foam reaches full strength in about 15 minutes. Patched holes are dry to the touch shortly after, so most homeowners are back to using the area the same day.

Yes. The foam is inert once cured and contains no harmful chemicals that leach into soil or groundwater. We take care to protect nearby landscaping during injection.

Typically the same day. Because the foam cures in minutes rather than the weeks needed for new concrete to fully harden, there's no lengthy downtime.

The entry holes (about the size of a dime to a quarter) are filled and finished flush with the surrounding concrete. There will be small, visible patch marks, but the slab will sit level again.

The foam itself is waterproof and won't break down or wash away like mudjacking material can. Results commonly last 20+ years, though performance depends on the condition of the existing slab and soil.

Yes — every leveling job we complete is backed by a lifetime warranty against settling of the treated area. If a treated slab settles again, we come back and make it right.
